Making a purchase?
When buying a magical item, it is important to realise that you are buying a magical secret and / or prop. With this in mind, please be aware that ProShowMagic will only return items that are faulty. This must be initiated within 7 days after you receive your item. In the event that an item is faulty, we will offer a straight swap for the same product. All our products are checked before being dispatched and returns will only be accepted after communication with the customer. ProShowMagic has the right to refuse an exchange if there are any signs of excessive use or malicious damage. In the event that an exchange is not possible, customers will be given the equivalent value in store credit.
In the event of making a return, we will provide you with the delivery address.
Products & Services
ProShowMagic reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any given time without any liability to the customer, or any third party.
ProShowMagic does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems. We dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed where possible, with the exception of weekends.
All our products are priced in GBP (Great British Pound).
www.proshowmagic.co.uk uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) on all pages – this is to protect your personal details, including your physical address and email address.
All prices found on the www.proshowmagic.co.uk website include VAT and other relevant taxes imposed by the government. Any costs included will be clearly stated.
We accept online payments via credit card or Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and American Express via the world pay option on our site. You are also able to pay via Paypal.
If your credit or debit card is declined when processing your order we will email you immediately with notification. If we do not hear from you with in period of up to two days, your order will be automatically deleted from our database and you will need to reorder.
